It's 9 months later and I just saw my eye doctor for a check up. Hard to believe it's been so long since I've had the surgery.
My
eyesight is still 20/20 in my right eye and 20/25 in my left eye.
Pretty much perfect. I still have no side effects of the PRK surgery.
Once in awhile I have a slight pain in one of my eyes in the middle of
the night but that's MY fault my eye doctor said. I haven't used eye drops in months. I started using
the Systane gel drops per my doctor for dry eyes and it's fine.
Just
wanted to check in for those that have used this site to make a
decision about PRK. My only regret is that I didn't get it done sooner. :)
